Return Policy

At ImagineWallpaper, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You may request a return if:

 The product did not arrive

 The product arrived damaged

 The product differs significantly from the description or photos (e.g., the colour in the listing is shown as purple and you received green). Please note that there may be slight variations in shades when printed.

 The wrong item was sent

 The product is faulty (e.g., it has issues with the glue)

For eligible returns, you can choose between a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. For damaged or faulty products, we may offer a refund or replacement without requiring the item to be returned. Photos or videos may be required to verify the fault.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Items

Please note that certain types of items, such as custom products, cannot be refunded if you change your mind, unless they are found to be damaged or faulty. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to secure what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please refer to the exceptions listed above regarding what cannot be returned.

 

European Union 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding our 30-day policy, if your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping charges if the item is not found to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at info@imaginewallpaper.com.
